Victoria brings 22 years of professional experience with particular expertise in K-12 construction administration. Her work on major bond projects including Lakeview 2020 Bond Lake Shore 2022 Bond and L'Anse Creuse 2024 Bond demonstrates her ability to manage complex educational facility improvements. Her approach emphasizes team collaboration working effectively with both internal teams and owner's consultants to ensure project success. Victoria's combination of architectural training and construction management expertise gives her unique insight into project execution challenges. Her early exposure to architecture beginning informal studies alongside her mother at age 10 fostered a deep appreciation for the profession that continues to inform her work. When not managing construction projects Victoria finds creative expression through pottery and ceramics bringing an artisan's attention to detail to both her professional and personal pursuits.
