Elia has been part of the PARTNERS team for 20 years, since the inception of the firm and has extensive experience supporting architectural and office operations. She works closely with firm leadership and staff to manage scheduling, track financial documentation, and coordinate internal processes that keep the office running efficiently. Her behind-the-scenes contributions are essential to the success of both internal team efforts and client-facing work. She ensures that tasks are completed smoothly and that the firm stays organized and on track.
